CDI has completed the purchase of property from the City of
Galesville and we have broken ground. Unfortunately, due to
delays and new state hwy setbacks, we are now looking at a
completion of the first 8-plex in the August 31st 2010 time frame and hope to have the 2nd unit
completed by December 2010 or January 2011 (1 additional unit will follow as demand
warrants).
"Ridgeview Apartments" is a new Apartment Complex under
construction in Galesville, Wisconsin just off Hwy 54, within the Ridgeview
Estates sub-division. Just 15 minutes from La Crosse, Winona and
Arcadia, these are large apartments with many amenities such as tile floors,
walk in closets, laundry room, balconies, and detached garages with
electrical service. These units will consist of eight 932 sq. ft 2-bedroom 1 bath apartments,
with handicap assessable 1st floor apartments.
Although these units will not be
ready until August 31st 2010, we highly suggest that you
reserve your apartment today by completing this no obligation "Rental
Application". This application will be registered and
once the apartments are ready, interested renters will be
offered apartments in the order they were received. There is no
need for a deposit until you sign the
"Lease Agreement".
We will also add you to our list of
interested renters and update you monthly on the progress of
construction. If you change your mind and decide you
cannot wait until these units are available, just e-mail or call
our office and you will be removed from the list.

These Rentals will be priced at $575 per month, with free parking, and additional 12'x22' Resident Garage.
Kitchen appliances are included, stove w/microwave above, refrigerator w/ice maker, and dishwasher,
with laundry hookups, (renter to supply own washer machine and dryer). In addition, 12'x22'
Garage/Storage units with remote control door.
Pets are welcome with certain restrictions, an additional non-refundable deposit
of $100 per
animal is required, plus $10 per month in additional rent. Read "Pet Addendum" Below.
