About Ridgeview Estates Apartments

"Ridgeview Estates Apartments"  is a new Apartment Complex under construction in Galesville, Wisconsin just off Hwy 54, within the Ridgeview Estates sub-division.  Just 15 minutes from La Crosse, Winona and Arcadia, these are large apartments with many amenities such as tile floors, walk in closets, laundry room, balconies, and detached garages with electrical service.  These units will consist of eight 932 sq. ft 2-bedroom 1 bath apartments, with handicap assessable 1st floor apartments. 

 

We still have units available, but have allot of demand,  so we highly suggest that you complete this no obligation "Rental Application".   There is no need for a deposit until you sign the "Lease Agreement".

These New Rentals will be priced at $625 per month, with free parking, and a 12'x22' Resident Garage.

Kitchen appliances are included, stove w/microwave above, refrigerator w/ice maker, and dishwasher, with laundry hookups, (renter to supply own washer machine and dryer).  In addition, 12'x22' Garage/Storage units with remote control door.  Pets are welcome with certain restrictions, an additional non-refundable deposit of $100 per animal is required, plus $10 per month in additional rent.   Read "Pet Addendum" Below.

Note: These Apartment are available for rent with ACH (Automatic Account Withdrawal) from a Checking or Savings account ONLY.  This is a convenience to our tenants and a matter of policy.
